If you are over 50 and struggling to understand the digital world or if you want to be more confident with your computer skills, Upskill is designed to help. This 5-week hands-on program is tailor-made for you.
Upskill is a program designed for older job seekers. COVID has altered the job market, and older workers have been impacted the most. Employers have increased requirements for skills and experience. In response, JCA is launching the Upskill Program to equip applicants with computer confidence and other necessary skills.
This specially designed training will provide new skills to help older workers make the move into new job functions. Program participants are encouraged to participate in any and all classes to reach their job goals.
