Nancy Kaplan

Nancy Kaplan is the co-founder, former CEO, and Executive Chair of Conscient Strategies. There she focused on working with executives to create sustainable change in rapidly evolving environments. She has had numerous multi-year engagements, with particular emphasis on strategy and visioning, M&A, Leadership & Culture Due Diligence, post-merger integration, leadership change, rapid growth, and workplace dynamics. As a trained mindfulness meditation teacher, she incorporated mindful leadership to help executives manage the constancy of change. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, young organizations with innovative offers and models, associations, and non-profits. Nancy is a former JSSA board member.
