Phyllis Coburn

Phyllis Coburn is JCA Board Secretary. She is married to David and lives in Bethesda. She has served on the Congregation Har Shalom Board and the Brandeis University Alumni Boards and was treasurer of Hadassah of Greater Washington.  

She has lived in the D.C. area since 1979 and is the mother of three married children and four grandchildren.
