JCA announces 2017 Humanitarian awardees

The Kursban family – Mindy Kursban, Sandy Kursban, Julie Black, Steve Sawmelle and Neal Kursban – are JCA’s 2017 Humanitarian Awardees. Sandy Kursban founded the family-owned Family & Nursing Care in Silver Spring in 1968. The company provides in-house nursing care.
