JCA’s Connect-A-Ride, Escorted Transportation and 50+Employment Expos were chosen by AARP as three reasons why Montgomery County is such a great age-friendly place. According to AARP, more than one-quarter of the county’s residents will be at least 60 years age by the year 2030.
Between 2010 and 2040, the county’s senior population is expected to grow by 113 percent, according to AARP.
