Stress Relieve Technique for Over 60

Free Virtual Tap Into Stress Relief event from Kaiser Permanente’s Thriving After 60 program

Thursday, March 9, from 10:00am – 11:00am. How does Tapping Work? The basic technique requires you to focus on the negative emotion at hand: a fear or anxiety, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that’s bothering you. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, learn how you can use your fingertips to tap 5-7 times each on 9 of the body’s meridian points.

If you’re interested, just go to kp.org/ta60mas and scroll down to Tap Into Stress Relief to register. You don’t need to be a member of Kaiser’s network to take the class.

Due to frigid temperatures and icy conditions, Kensington Clubs and Kesher Cafe will be closed for in-person programming for the remainder of this week, January 22, 23, and 24. Programs will be held virtually on Zoom. All KC and Kesher Cafe members are invited to participate and can find the Zoom link in their email.
