Thank you for contributing to JCA for Giving Tuesday

On Thanksgiving, we gather with friends and family to give thanks for all our blessings. On Black Friday, we go shopping, on  Small business Saturday we shop (some more) locally and on Cyber Monday, we shop (even more) online. Giving Tuesday is our chance to give back and support nonprofits in our community. GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. For the first time, JCA is participating in this global movement to provide needed services to older adults in our community.

Your Giving Tuesday contribution will

• Give a senior jobseeker the skills to compete in today’s job market
• Transport seniors to medical appointments, important errands, visits with friends, and community events
• Provide purposeful and stimulating activities and maintain social connections for those with early-stage memory loss
• Build mutually beneficial relationships between seniors and school children to enable both to bridge the generations
