  • VISIT: Arrange a virtual or in-person club visit with the director or manager.
  • FORMS: If it is a mutual fit, complete the four forms linked on this page.
  • PAYMENT: Payments can be processed through this page.

Dues Packages

KC@Parklawn and KC@White Oak

A 4-hour, highly engaging in-person social day program specifically designed for individuals living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer’s Disease, or another form of dementia or memory loss. The activities promote physical and cognitive enhancement through gentle exercise, literature art, history, nature, health/wellness, music, social, and other lifelong learning program opportunities. Caregivers benefit from a quarterly newsletter.

KC@Parklawn

  • One or two days per week of in-person programs
  • Choose either mornings or afternoons
  • Full access to all caregiver resources
  • $420/month for one day per week or $840/month for two days per week
