Learn to ride smart

Offered periodically, JCA’s RideSmart Workshops help small groups of older adults learn to use public transportation options and otherwise navigate the National Capital Region.

Our next RideSmart workshop is March 29 & 30, 2017 at Mary’s Center, at the Bernice Fonteneau Senior Wellness Center, 3532 Georgia Avenue NW. The first day of classroom training will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and lunch will be provided at no charge. On the second day, the hands-on practice training will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Another Ride Smart workshop will be held on April 26 & 27, 2017 at the Margaret Schweinhaut Senior Center, Silver Spring, MD.
