Espinoza served in the healthcare industry for 30 years. He specialized in Medicare and Medicaid working in both the private and public sectors.

Espinoza will focus on Medicare fraud prevention.

• Gain an understanding on how to distinguish between fraud and error.
• Learn when a provider is committing abuse.
• Learn how to recognize phone scams and social security scams and where to report them.
