David Smith
JCA Board Member
David Smith is a member of JCA Class of 2024 board of directors. He lives in Bethesda and is a retired partner of Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally LLP, a law firm in California which he founded.
He helped form the San Ramon, California Chamber of Commerce and was its president and director. He was instrumental in building that town’s first library and served on the governing body and charity for a senior community in California.
In Maryland, he serves on the board of directors of the Round House Theater and previously served with the Cheval Condominium Association.
JCA will be closing at 3:00 pm on Monday, October 6, and will be closed on Tuesday, October 7, and Wednesday, October 8, in observance of Sukkot.
