Donald Silverstein is assistant treasurer of the JCA board and a resident of Washington, D.C.
He is Executive Vice President of Development and Construction at Blake Real State and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA).
He is a member of Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County where he served as a former board member and chairman of the construction committee for a major renovation and expansion project.
