JCA Board Member
Jay Goldman is a member of JCA Class of 2024 board of directors. He is a resident of Rockville. He has worked for more than three decades in state and federal court litigation, specializing in personal injury law. Previously, he previously was Acting Director of Risk Management for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority; Trial Counsel for Allstate Insurance and Partner in Collinson, Goldman and Elliott.
He is president of B’nai Shalom of Olney Synagogue, President of Hallowell Homeowners Association, Chairman of the Montgomery County Mid-County Citizens Advisory Board and Chair of the external affairs committee of the King Farm Citizens Assembly.
