Tom West

Tom West is a member of JCA Class of 2023 board of directors. He is a partner at SEIA, a managing and growing financial planning and wealth management practice, and Creator of Lifecare Affordability Planning.

He is Board Vice-Chair at the Goodwin House, past board chair at Insight Memory Care Center, and former appointee to the Fairfax County Long Term Care Coordinating Council.
